{"id":86,"date":"2026-07-27T12:01:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T12:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmilli.com\/?p=86"},"modified":"2026-08-18T11:50:42","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T11:50:42","slug":"hse-policy-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmilli.com\/?p=86","title":{"rendered":"HSE Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Safety, occupational health and environmental policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>\u201cMilli\u201d Economic Society<\/strong> considers the protection of <strong>life, health, safety and the environment<\/strong> a fundamental value and an essential part of our business activities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In accordance with <strong>ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015<\/strong>, the <strong>Labor Code of Turkmenistan<\/strong>, applicable environmental legislation and the requirements of <strong>Main State Service \u201cTurkmenstandartlary\u201d<\/strong>, we are committed to preventing workplace injuries, occupational ill health, pollution and incidents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We commit to:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Provide <strong>safe and healthy working conditions<\/strong> for all employees and other persons working under our control;<\/li>\n<li>Identify hazards and environmental aspects, <strong>assess risks and implement appropriate controls<\/strong> before and during work;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable <strong>legal, regulatory, contractual and other HSE requirements<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Provide employees and contractors with appropriate <strong>training, information, instruction, supervision and personal protective equipment<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that work is performed only by <strong>competent and authorized personnel<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Encourage employees to <strong>report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents and near misses<\/strong> and to take appropriate action to prevent harm;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective <strong>emergency preparedness and response<\/strong> arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Investigate incidents and nonconformities, identify causes and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence;<\/li>\n<li>Protect the environment through <strong>pollution prevention, responsible use of resources, waste reduction and proper waste management<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Consult with and encourage the <strong>participation of workers<\/strong> in occupational health and safety matters;<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive <strong>HSE culture based on leadership, responsibility, teamwork and continual improvement<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Require contractors, suppliers and visitors to comply with applicable <strong>HSE requirements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>The protection of human life and health takes priority over production targets, schedules and other operational considerations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Management is committed to providing the <strong>resources, competent personnel, equipment and organizational support<\/strong> necessary to implement this Policy and achieve our HSE objectives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This Policy is communicated to employees, contractors and relevant interested parties and is <strong>reviewed periodically<\/strong> to ensure that it remains suitable, effective and aligned with our activities and legal requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>OUR COMMITMENT<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SAFETY FIRST.
